Attendance & Class Timings
- All students enrolled in Insta Dot Analytics (IDA) must adhere to strict attendance policies. Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory for all classes.
- If a student is absent without prior written notification or a valid written application, and misses classes for three consecutive days, their admission will be placed on immediate hold without refund or compensation.
- Students wishing to rejoin after their admission is put on hold must first seek permission from the Center Manager. Re-admittance will not guarantee placement in the same batch, with the same faculty, or at the same location. No fees, either in full or part, will be refunded in such cases.
- IDA does not take responsibility for reserving seats in the same batch after an absence, and students will be allocated to available batches upon rejoining.
Fee Payment Policy & Refunds
- Once payment is made towards registration or classes, the fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for discontinuation or disinterest.
- Students are required to complete the full payment within the agreed time frame as outlined in the enrollment form. Failure to pay the full fee by the agreed deadline will result in the suspension of the student’s admission.
- In cases where a student seeks a refund or fee adjustment due to any reason (disinterest in continuing, dissatisfaction, or personal circumstances), IDA will not process refunds, and no fee adjustments will be entertained under any circumstances.
- If a student’s class is placed on hold due to non-payment or late payment of fees, their class will be reinstated only after all outstanding dues have been cleared. However, the student may not be placed back into the same batch, faculty, or location.
Code of Conduct
- Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior by a parent or guardian towards IDA staff members will result in the immediate cancellation of the student’s enrollment. In such cases, no refunds or fee adjustments will be made.
- The Center Manager’s decision regarding any issue of misconduct, suspension, or withdrawal is final and binding on both the student and their guardian.
Personal Belongings & Device Usage
- Students are discouraged from bringing laptops, mobile phones, iPads, or pen drives to the institute. If students must bring these devices, they are required to keep them switched off during class hours.
- The institute is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, including mobile phones or other valuables.
- The use of pen drives, external storage devices, or any form of unauthorized software on the institute’s computers is strictly prohibited.
- Students must ensure that no power points, computer systems, or other equipment are left switched on when they leave the classroom. Any damage caused due to negligence will be the responsibility of the student.
Complaints & Grievance Handling
- Students are encouraged to report any issues concerning faculty performance, class irregularities, or course content as soon as they arise. Prompt reporting helps IDA to address and resolve problems quickly. Complaints can be submitted directly to the administration or emailed to instadotanalytics@gmail.com.
- All complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time frame. Issues regarding faculty or course content should be reported within 48 hours to ensure timely resolution.
Training Facilities & Infrastructure Term Conditions
- Fees paid by students are exclusively for training and educational purposes. No commitments or guarantees are provided by IDA regarding classroom infrastructure, including air conditioning, coolers, or other amenities.
- Students are expected to adhere to the facilities provided by IDA and are not entitled to demand additional infrastructure support.Term Conditions
Placement & Job Guarantee
- IDA does not offer any form of job guarantee or placement assurance. Students have enrolled in the institute for training purposes only, and the completion of the course does not guarantee employment.
- To be eligible for placement assistance, students must participate in all scheduled activities, including mock tests, interviews, workshops, and training sessions. Students who fail to attend these mandatory activities will not be eligible to participate in interviews arranged by IDA.
- Placement eligibility is contingent upon a student’s performance in mock tests and interview rounds conducted by the institute. Students must qualify in these internal assessments to be considered for interviews with external companies.
- Selection for employment is purely based on the student’s overall performance, including mock test results, skill levels, and participation in training activities. Remuneration, position, and employment terms are subject to the hiring company’s norms and cannot be influenced by IDA.
- Once a student has been selected for employment through IDA’s placement process, they will no longer be eligible for further placement assistance or participation in additional placement rounds.
Project Work & Attendance Requirements
- Participation in certain projects is compulsory and must be completed under the guidance of the assigned trainer. These projects are integral to the curriculum and may impact a student’s eligibility for placements.
- Students are required to maintain at least 90% attendance throughout the course. Failure to meet the attendance requirements may result in disqualification from placement opportunities and certificate issuance.
Modifications to Programs & Classes Term Conditions
- IDA reserves the right to make changes to its programs, schedules, fees, locations, class timings, or trainers without prior notice to students. This flexibility is necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the institute and the quality of education provided.
- In case of faculty unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays or interruptions in classes. IDA will take steps to resolve such issues as soon as possible. However, no refunds or fee adjustments will be made for delays or faculty changes.
- Students must notify the administration in writing of any faculty-related concerns within two days of the class in question. Beyond this period, no requests for faculty changes will be considered.
- If a faculty member leaves the institute or is unavailable for an extended period, IDA will assign a new faculty member or change the class location as needed. Students will be required to continue with the new arrangement, and no refunds will be provided.
Acknowledgment of Terms
- By enrolling in Insta Dot Analytics, students agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in this document. They acknowledge that the fees are non-refundable and that any failure to comply with payment deadlines will result in the cancellation of their enrollment without refund.
- No verbal promises or commitments made by counselors or other staff members outside the terms stated in this document will be considered binding. Students confirm that they have thoroughly read and understood these terms and agree to comply fully.Term Conditions
